Munim, muhasib, accountant, the nephew who is good with numbers — Alpha Wealth gives you a phone that thinks in clients, signs everything you write with your name, and never sends you a bill.
Every bookkeeper account carries a short code — WD-4M9T. An owner needs your email and your code to add you: naming you twice is what makes their invitation consent, and it means a stranger who guesses your email gets nothing. You accept, and only then do you see the assets they chose. Never their whole book. Never what a thing is worth.
You can regenerate the code any time. Rate-limited lookups return your name and city and nothing else.
Work · Clients · Settings. The client, their book, the entry — including photographing a receipt straight into the client’s papers. No tray, no “unfiled” limbo, nothing of “yours” anywhere.
What you write carries your name forever. If an owner withdraws your access, what you recorded stays in their book — a record that can be erased after the fact is not a record.
Fix your own typo freely for half an hour. After that, a change is a request with a reason — and their approval is in the history, protecting you as much as them.
Your account is free. The plan belongs to the owner’s book. Writing into a Pro book is never blocked, and if an owner’s book is full, the app tells them — with a one-tap nudge — instead of blaming you.
Owner edits show on your phone the moment they apply. Sealed months, thresholds and pending approvals are stated on the screen before you press save, not discovered afterwards.
A bookkeeper is asked what a place earns and costs. Valuations, purchase price and who inherits are not sent to your phone at all — nothing greyed out, nothing locked, simply absent.
English, Arabic or Hindi on your profile. Amounts stay in Western digits in the mono face; the owner’s book renders in theirs, yours in yours.
One email is one role, decided at sign-up: I keep records for others. Your code appears on your Work tab. Give it to a client, or wait for their invitation — Meera Pillai asking you to keep Kochi House lands as a card you accept or decline.
