Enough for 38 pages of AI reading — about 12 receipts. Pages never expire.
Three things, in the order the money moves

A plan, its room, and a wallet for reading.

Free

For tasting the book — or keeping a small one forever.
  • 10 entries, forever
  • Storage for the papers that matter
  • Full reading of everything you have written — always
  • Every language, every currency, the year book
  • One bookkeeper, one co-owner, one viewer
Valuations, documents, corrections, notes and messages never count against the ten. Only transactions do. Bulk import waits for Pro — the free tier is for tasting, not migrating.

Pro

For a book that is being kept, month after month.
  • Unlimited entries
  • More room for papers, with top-ups when you need them
  • Unlimited bookkeepers, co-owners and viewers
  • Bulk import; the year-end tax package with receipts zipped
Priced per book, not per seat — one Pro covers everyone you invite. If it lapses, writing pauses after a fortnight; reading never does. Nothing is ever deleted or locked.

✦ Credits

Pages of AI reading, bought once, never expiring.
  • One credit reads one page — a receipt, a contract, an old policy in a language you do not read
  • The brief stays with the document, in your language, forever
  • Re-reading a paid page is free
  • Storage top-ups, if you want them
Cost is shown before every read — “22 pages · 16 left after”. The phone’s own reading of a receipt is free and never leaves the device; credits are for when the paper fought back.

Bookkeepers are never charged. The plan belongs to the owner’s book. A bookkeeper writing into a Pro book is never blocked, and their own account is free. Never punish the person doing the work.

How the money works

Read it in the order the money moves.

A plan

Says what you have: “full reading of everything you have written — forever”. Free or Pro, one layout, so nothing moves on upgrade.

Its room

Two meters, one card, answering “how much is left”. Entries and storage. Empty tracks on day one that keep their rows, so nothing jumps later.

The wallet

✦ credits, counted in what they buy — “38 pages, about 12 receipts”. Explains its unit before it asks for money. No Go Pro button at zero: nobody is sold a limit they have not met.

The questions people ask

What does it cost?

There is a free tier with a limit on entries, and a paid plan that lifts it. The app shows the price before you buy, in your currency. If a paid plan lapses your book stays — you keep reading and exporting it.

How do I cancel?

Through the App Store or Play Store, wherever you bought it. They handle the billing and the refunds, not us.

Does my bookkeeper pay?

No. Their account is free, and the plan belongs to your book. They are never blocked from writing into it, and if your book is full they see a polite “this book is full — we’ve let the owner know”, never a paywall.

Do credits expire?

No. Pages never expire. Re-reading a document you have already paid for is free, and the brief written for it stays with the document forever.

Can my bookkeeper spend my credits?

Only if you let them — a rule beside your spending rules: yes, no, or up to a limit. Spends come out of your wallet and appear in your history, attributed.
